Pad Sites & Building Pads
Building pad construction with select fill, lift-by-lift compaction, density testing, and a compaction report the civil engineer signs off on.
Drainage & Detention
Stormwater swales, detention pond cuts, storm pipe and inlets, outfall structures — built to the civil drawings and as-built for the inspector.
Base Prep & Erosion Control
Subgrade prep for concrete or asphalt paving, lime or cement stabilization where the geotech calls for it, plus TCEQ-compliant SWPPP install and maintenance.

Plan & Geotech Review
We review the civil plans, geotech report, and survey, walk the site, and flag anything that affects the bid — rock, wet ground, fill availability, access.
Earthwork Bid
Written line-item bid: clearing, grubbing, strip, cut/fill quantities, import or export, pad build, drainage, base prep, and SWPPP. No mystery line items.
Build to Grade
SWPPP installed first, then earthwork in the sequence the schedule calls for. Compaction tested per spec. Daily progress photos so the GC and engineer know exactly where we are.
Turnover & As-Builts
Final grade verified, density reports delivered, drainage as-builts marked up, erosion controls maintained until vertical takes over. Clean handoff to the next trade.
