Civil work has a way of becoming the schedule-killer on a commercial job. We sequence it tight, coordinate the city tap and inspections up-front, and tie back into grade clean so the paving contractor isn't waiting.
Sanitary Sewer
Sanitary sewer mains, manholes, building laterals, cleanouts, and grease-interceptor connections — per the city's STD details, vacuum or mandrel tested on accept.
Storm Drainage & Detention
RCP and HDPE storm pipe, inlets and area drains, detention pond outfall structures, underground detention systems — built to the civil drawings and as-built for inspection.
Conduit, Bore & Open Cut
Electrical, telecom, and gas conduit packages, directional bores under existing pavement and infrastructure, plus open-cut trenching where the surface is undisturbed.

Plan Review & Coordination
We review the civil set, walk the tap locations with the utility, identify conflicts, and lock in the inspection schedule before crews mobilize.
Materials & Bid
Line-item bid by utility, pipe type, depth, and method (open cut vs bore). Materials staged so we're not waiting on fittings mid-install.
Install & Test
Trench, bed, lay pipe, tie-in, backfill in compacted lifts. Pressure test water, vacuum test sewer, video inspect storm, mandrel where required. Daily progress photos.
Inspection & As-Builts
City inspections coordinated and passed. Marked-up as-builts handed to the engineer for the record set. Surface restored so the paving contractor isn't fixing what we left.
